Are there any fees or hidden charges?
There are no hidden charges. Midtide is completely free to use for both owners and renters.
Can I sublet my room whilst I'm away?
Yes you can. Whether your away for a short time or a longer time, you can rent your room easily and privately on Midtide.
Can I list my entire property on Midtide?
Yes you can. You can list your entire place for free and avoid wasting money on the Airbnb platform fees. Estate agent's or guest house owners are welcome too!
